| This specially designed octagon room was named after the Masi coin. Masi was the
name of an octagonal like coin used in Myanmar in the late 60’s. As the name suggests,
this area is used for private entertainment. It is located in the lower level of
the hotel (outside the Thiri Café). There is a bar area for cocktails but as you flow into the main dining area, the room is fully equipped with LCD TV, LCD Projector,
drop down screen, stereo equipment and Karaoke machine with more than 50,000 songs
in six different languages. The area is also suitable for small meetings or seminars.
So when you’re in the mood for privacy, there is no other place like Masi in Yangon.
