One of the nicest parks in Yangon is the Kandawgyi Park directly opposite our hotel
(across the lake). From the main entrance of our hotel you can either turn right
or left and go around the Kandawgyi Lake. The distance is approximately five kilometers
to go one round, but you could also do some jogging within the park. The gate attendants
will probably charge you 1,000 kyats or about US$1.- to enter the park or to cross
the ugly wooden bridge that runs across the lake. |
